Dueling Arena: Registry, Rules, and FAQ’s.
Introduction: This is were you may become a registered Duelist with in our sites Duelist Arena from where you can enter our renown Tournament’s, engage in a more competitive environment with follow registries to achieve recognition, Learn how to become a better Duelist, have a lot of fun, and ultimately a chance to win free stuff!
What is the Duelist Arena?
The Duelist Arena is a special league of players in Mariks Palace you play online casually with each other in Messenger’s, Chat Rooms, and YVD to gather scores for them selves over a 2 Month Period called a Season. For each Duel you can earn a score based on how you performed in the 2 out of 3 Match with your opponent. These scores are then totaled over the Seasons end to ultimately determine the ranks of each player. The higher you go the more prestige you can take with you.
How to use the Duelist Arena?
The Duelist Arena is where you can set up a Challenge Topic to announce your participation and await or give out a challenge with another member. Where you can agree on the time and method you may wish to Duel. You will Duel with your Opponent in the Advanced Format in a 2 out of 3 Match. Once you have finished your Duel you and your opponent must post your results in the “Dueling Results” Topic. ((Otherwise if both participants don’t reply then the outcome is invalid)). Once you both announced your results then the Staff can update your scores for you.

However there our rules that you must understand before you become Registered with us.
(1) All Upperdeck rules will apply
(2) All Duels will be held in the Advanced Format only
(3) All Duels will be held in a 2 out of 3 Match’s between players. ((If the Duel ends before you have resolved the 2 out of 3 Match then the Duel becomes invalid.))
(4) In Messenger/Chat Room based Duels. You must always do the following.
* Give your opponent time to respond.
* be clear and state every action you perform down to announcing your Phases of your turn
(5) Be truthful at all times. There is a no tolerance policy with lying. Such as Card Text, and Match results.
(6) Always act in a Sporting friendly manner.
(7) Please post your Challenge Topic once you registered.
