Ok, well that's easy to say, we all know, Yami Yugi's the best, but oh well maybe some of you have different thoughts on the subject.

I think win/loss record speaks for itself. It'd have to be Yami Yugi.

Win/Loss maybe, but when it comes to originality, Yami Bakura surprises everyone. First in Duelist Kingdom, he surprised Yugi with a partial Deck-Out/Control Deck that almost won him the Duel, then on the Airship during Battle City, his Fiends were ravaging poor Yami Yugi left and right. Next, against Seto Kaiba, he introduced us to Diabound Carnel, and several other interesting Cards that had Kaiba on the ropes throughout the Duel, and lastly, his Duel against Yugi where he unveiled a Deck filled with Zombie and Fiend-Type monsters, and a whole slew of other nifties, that kept Yugi guessing the entire time. So while Yami Bakura may not have won as much as Yami Yugi, he's certainly much better when it comes to taking charge in a Duel, not to mention coming through with the most sinister, and originally clever Decks of all. ;D

I would have to say Yaim yugi because the only reason sometimes people win agest him is because they use his friends agiest him

*Yami hater in action here*
Yami uses a mix verity of magicians with a mess of other cards and sub strategies that in reality would utterly destroy a Decks capabilities. Same thing can be said with some other characters with there Decks as well. Despite having a fluke of a Deck Yami seems to pull off a dramatic tide turning win in the end despite being pushed into a corner with little to no hope of getting out. The more hopeless the situation, the more overly dramatic and utterly ridiculous his wins become. We are talking about every tough Duel he has ever been in!
Good Duelist!? Meh.....
Just so unbelievably lucky to the degree it is impossible to defeat him. Hell even if I had him locked with Horus Lv8, Royal Decree, Dark Ruler Ha Des, and for the hell of it 3 My Body as a Shields face-down on the field with the life points to spare! While he has no cards on the field or in the hand! I swear to god the next draw-phase he will so happen to have a Chaos Emperor Dragon-Envoy of the End! ((A Card he never ever uses!!!))

Yes everyone thinks yami yugi rocks but look at the stats seto beat the hell out of people before yugi new about dueling and in the past seto beat yugi so what if yami yugi beat seto when yugi unlocked him. but now look at how many times seto beat yami yugi he beat him as much as he lost to him but then again seto would of beat yami yugi in the movie if the dumass hadn't interfeared in the duel so now look who the better duelist is i would have to say seto

I personally like Pegasus's Toon deck... Just Me. And yes, yami does pull all his cards out of nowhere.... But remember he has *takes a deep breath and clears throat* Drumm Roll..... THE HEART OF THE CARDS Bum-Bum-Bum
